Post Grad. Dip, M.SC, ISS Fellow Andrew Dezsery is Principal of Aquaculture Advantage, #1 Aquaponics and Omega Fish Products. All of these system businesses come under the Precision Integrated Farming Systems (P.I.F.S.) model.

Andrew has been involved in the aquaculture and fisheries industry for over 22 years professionally. Although his first contact with aquaculture was when he was 6 yrs of age.

Some of his positions include Professional fisherman N.T and S.A, Sport fishing/Tour operator Coburg Peninsula, Arnhem land, Industry sector development of recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS), Development of commercial barramundi industry sector, West Beach Aquaculture Operations Manager, Consultant, University lecturer aquaculture (Flinders S.A), Aquaculture journalist, Inland Aquaculture Association of South Australia executive and steering committee member, Mallala Council P.A.R consulting advisor (aquaculture) and currently runs the Omega Fish Products Integrated Farming Research and Development  facility.

Andrew recently received a prestigious fellowship from the ISS Institute, Victoria and Department of Education, Employment and workplace Relations, Canberra. His Fellowship will take him across the U.S, Canada and Europe in 2009.

The fellowships are designed to fill skills deficiencies which have been identified by industry and for which training is unavailable through nationally accredited Australian educational institutions.
