Andrew de Dezsery has a Masters Degree in Aquaculture and has over 15 years experience in the industry as an Aquaculture Technician, Production Manager, Consultant and Specialist Aquaculture Equipment Salesperson.
Farmed Species include but are not limited to: Barramundi, Jade Perch, Murray Cod, Silver Perch, Golden Perch, Rainbow Trout, Yabbies and Redclaw.

Gavin Smith has substantial experience as an Aquaculture Technician and Production Manager of commercial fish farms up to 100 tonne capacity.
Over 9 years, Gavin has managed several species in nursery and growout facilities including Barramundi, Jade Perch, Murray Cod and Goldfish.

Andrew and Gavin currently run a successful pilot commercial aquaponic facility at Lewiston SA that they designed and built. 

Rainbow Trout and many varieties of Fancy Lettuce, Basil, Fruits & Vegetables are produced and sold locally.
